Update Multiple Users from One Ticket [CLOSED]

I am currently supporting users who need to submit questions, problems, tasks related to a single ticket. Can you recommend an existing feature that supports multi-user updates?

Level 2 Support: 

You can use the user groups functionality to add those users in a single group where they can share tickets.
