Terms and conditions suggests that local backup function should be available:  

4.2. We will not be held responsible for data hosted on our servers. It is your responsibility to maintain local copies of your helpdesk service data and maintain proper and sufficient insurance if coverage is required with respect to data loss.

I agree. This really is essential, especially if you are not responsible for data loss. It would also allow users to run statistical information provided the export were .csv, .txt, .xls or some other useable format.

I agree. I think this is a valuable tool and looking forward to using it. However, I do have concerns with a hosted solution and no export/backup function.
