Custom Fields for categorization [DONE]

Custom fields with optional pre-populated drop-down lists would be an excellent addition to help our customers (and us) categorize their requests.

These could be used in triggers to send to specific queues or people.

Custom ticket fields are now supported in the Basic, Standard and Premium plans!
