Allow agents to edit a user from a ticket

It would be awesome if I could edit a user to include notes such as which organization they are from, what position they hold in that organization, if there is a specific feature they are experiencing issues with etc.

Level 2 Support: 


When you're viewing a ticket you will notice a box on the right that contains the basic user information. In that box there is an "Add note" link that allows you to enter such information.
