Allow different date formats for international customers

All user to change all date formats across the entire application.

Example:  UK date format is dd/mm/yyyy

Example : German date format is dd.mm.yyyy

(Not everyone lives in America...) ;)

Level 2 Support: 

eStreamDesk already does that. For example if you switch the language to German the service will use the German date and numeric formatting.

Noted that choosing German will display the date in European format.  However - choosing English only displays the date in US format.  Please add the option to change the date format.
