I know the request for groups has been posted already, however I wanted to reiterate the importance for this.

The ability to add users to groups or "organizations" would help us in tracking tickets and work for a particular client.  Also the ability to add assets like computers, servers etc. along with their information (serial number, make model, etc.) would help track tickets on problem machines and assist in evaluating replacement time.

That said, keep up the great work!
