For security reasons please, add one modification/complementing information in tail message like:

"Submitted 11/20/2010 2:57:26 PM -02:00 Solved 11/20/2010"

adding more "Source IP and geographical location" ,  example  using data from  http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation

 

"Submitted 11/20/2010 2:57:26 PM -02:00 Solved 11/20/2010 Source IP 188.18.91.22  From Moscow, MC, RU"  

This is perfect to global use of the system.
