Canned Responses available to ALL

It would be tremendous if Canned Responses could be configured by administrators for ALL agents under Site Management.



I agree. This would be helpful to get new agents started with generic responses. It would also be helpful if the agent could customize a personal response to make it sound more like them. Would be similar to copying a canned response.
