Ability to mark agents on duty or off duty.

If we have an agent from location A assigning tickets to a group in location B only the names of on duty agents should populate the agent drop down list.

An agent could be on 3 weeks of holidays and the ticket could just sit there waiting for his return. 


Level 2 Support: 

Administrators can easily create ticket rules to reroute tickets for agents on vacation
