When closing a ticket or updating a ticket be able to CC or add Agent. Thanks, JASON Comments Level 2 Support: Hi Jason, A ticket cannot be submitted from more than one user at the same time. You can however add users to user groups where they can share tickets. The same goes for the agents - you cannot assign a ticket two two agents at the same time.
