Hi the tool is really what i needed : simple, easy to use with good features.
here's a suggest :
when you have the list of all the opened tickets, you can filter eg by department.
from here if you view the details of a ticket then come back (via submit the ticket) the filter is no more applied (i have to choose again the filter)
it would be cool to keep the filter when you come back to the open-tickets list.
