I sort the Grid View (for example, by clicking the date column twice to get the newest tickets at the top).

When I click into a ticket, and then back out, the sorting is gone forcing me to have to resort the list.

Can this behavior be changed?

The Updated column also needs to display the Time as well as the Date.

Also, in Detail View, can some sort options be added?
