Simple Reporting Requests

Can we get or is there a way to produce simple reports that would show: 

By Date Range:

1) Total Number of Cases (open,closed,pending,total)

2) Total Number of Cases by Tech (open,closed,pending,total)

3) Total Number of Cases by Department (open,closed,pending,total)




Level 2 Support: 

You can use the "Reports -> Tickets" page. There are filters for status, agent and department and you can see the total number at the bottom of the table.
