iPad App or Mobile View

All of my techs have mobile devices, mainly iPads and iPod touches.  It would be awesome to have an app that they can launch to see tickets, make changes, and close tickets.


Level 2 Support: 

Currently there is no proprietary app for that. All modern tablet devices such as iPads, Xooms, etc can handle the browser version of the helpdesk site without any issues. For smaller devices such as iPods, iPhones, Android and Windows Mobile based devices the site will automatically switch to a light mobile-sized version.
