This would be helpful to any helpdesk manager out there!

Need end of the month reporting: Total Volume of requests, Requests by department, Requests solved / Open / pending by technitian....

Additional Report features: 

1. Custom date ranges for reporting

2. Custom report builder

3. Scheduled automated reports sent via email.
