Improve ticketing dates

For my clients, and control department, I need 5 essential fields:

1. date you need the job (In submit a ticket form)

2. date I promise to deliver work (when i assing a ticket)

3. date ticket is resolved

4. date ticket is closed

5. number of times the ticket has been reopened

The custom ticket fields functionality can be used to add the fields that you need.
