Sometimes e-mails sent from eStreamDesk on behalf of your company e-mail address could be marked as spam by your clients e-mail servers. You can fix this easily by creating an SPF record for your domain where you specify that you allow eStreamDesk to send e-mail from your domain.
To create an SPF record for a domain:
Log in to the administrative console for your domain.
Locate the page from which you can update the DNS records.
You may need to enable advanced settings.
Create a TXT record containing this text: v=spf1 include:estreamdesk.com ~all
