User groups support

We have added support for user grouping by popular demand. The user groups functionality allows you to group your clients by various criteria such as company, organization, product or anything else.

You can use the grouping and ticket rules for all sort of scenarios - for example you can automatically escalate tickets for certain companies or automatically assign users of particular product to the proper department

Users can be automatically assigned to groups based on their e-mail domain name (useful for grouping by company) and you can use ticket rules to assign by other criteria as well. You can also manually add users to groups from the "Browse Users -> Edit" page.
