By using the eStreamDesk Services API, you can programmatically access many of the features and data used on your helpdesk site. Using an XML based REST API, you can write programs to create, modify, and otherwise manage tickets for your business. You can also use the new Single sign-on (SSO) remote authentication to redirect pre-approved users to eStreamDesk. The users will be already logged in and no additional registration or login will be required from them.
