eStreamDesk now supports custom ticket fields. You can define different fields per department and ticket type. Fields can be short text, dropdown, multi line text or checkbox and you can also specify different validators like url, e-mail, numeric only, etc. Custom regular expression validators are also supported.
Private and agent-required fields are also supported. They are useful when agents are required to enter specific information before closing the ticket - e.g. "Time spent on ticket".
The custom ticket fields are available for the Basic, Standard and Premium plans.
